The AAAA scheduling request tools are a smart and convenient way to schedule a co-branded benefit with AAAA in advance. A best practice is to fill in all the required information and request event dates that are 90 - 120 days in advance. All Social media and Email communication requests must be submitted 1 month before the posting date. Submissions will only be reviewed and approved if all of the required information is received. AAAA appreciates your continued support.

 
 

Corporate Partner Regional Meet Ups

The Corporate Partner regional meet-ups offer an exclusive opportunity for our Corporate partners to network, share insights, and discuss industry trends and best practices with The Association of African American Financial Advisors (AAAA) members.

These events are completely hosted by the partner to empower corporate partners to engage and network with AAAA members based on their own brand. Corporate partners will have the opportunity to set up the location, structure, promotion materials, and registration link. Corporate Partners will have full access to the data and set up of the meet-up. AAAA will promote the event to our database through emails and social media weekly. Any regional meet ups scheduling requests must be submitted 3 months (90 days) in advance of the preferred date in order to have the opportunity to be reviewed for approval.

Corporate Partner Webinars

Webinars are held on the Tuesday and Thursday of each month from 1:00 -2:00 pm ET.

The Advancing Leadership Webinars offer professional development with AAAA Partner firms through monthly webinars that include eligibility for Continuing Education credits for advanced designations (with the exception of practice development credit limitations). The presentation time is 60 minutes. Please allow approximately 10 minutes for Q&A during the 60-minute session.

Any requests to host a webinar must be received 1 month (30 days) in advance in of the preferred date in order to have the opportunity to be reviewed for approval of the preferred date.

Corporate Partner EMAIL AND sOCIAL cOMMUNICATIONS

All submissions are due no later than Monday in order for the distribution on Thursdays. Communications received after Monday will be shared the following week. We are not able to make postings outside of this schedule. All Social media and Email communication requests must be submitted 1 month before the posting date. We will send a confirmation of delivery to the Partner contact on record or whoever submitted the request on behalf of your firm.

Any requests to send out social media communications must be received 10 business days (2 weeks) in advance in order to have the opportunity to be reviewed for approval of the preferred date.
